2. Services Overview

Hierronix Care provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Regular residential cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services

3. Service Arrangements

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled directly with our team via phone or email. Service details, including date, time, and scope of work, will be confirmed prior to the service date.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods which will be discussed during the booking process.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items
  • Notify us of any special requirements or areas of concern
  • Ensure the safety of our staff by securing any pets
  • Provide a safe working environment free from hazards

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hierronix Care is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

  • Pre-existing damages or wear and tear
  • Items not secured or properly stored
  • Hazards not disclosed prior to service
  • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
